Custom Cookie Policies

• Orders are processed on a first-paid, first-served basis. We are only able to accommodate a limited number of orders each week.

• Custom cookies start at $54 per dozen. When completing an inquiry, please be as specific as possible with what you are needing to ensure an accurate quote.

• The minimum for all orders is one (1) dozen cookies unless otherwise noted.

• All orders are subject to a 25% deposit due at time of booking to hold your spot on our calendar.

• Orders cancelled 15 days or more before delivery will receive a refund of the deposit. Orders cancelled 8 to 14 days prior to delivery will not be held responsible for the full balance due, but will also not receive a refund of the deposit. Orders cancelled within 7 days of delivery may be held responsible for the full balance due for the cookies as we begin preparing ingredients in advance.

• We do not accept returns on cookies.

• We use Square to process all invoices. Payments may be made by card or ACH transfer through Square. If additional payment options are needed, please reach out.

• All cookies come packaged in a bakery box unless otherwise discussed.

• Cookies can be packaged individually in a clear bag for an additional $9 per dozen.

• We cannot currently ship our cookies.
